Refund policy
All Perfect Dreamer Mattresses are covered by our Honest Promise guarantee and a Lifetime limited warranty. What arrives at your door is your exact order, brand new and free of any defects or it will be replaced at no charge.
If you would like to return the mattress you purchased from us due to change of mind or comfort preference, please contact Customer Service by e-mail at support@perfectdreamer or by phone at 702-530-2245 to start the return process. All Return Requests are subject to the terms and conditions of our lifetime Limited Warranty and 100-day return policy. These terms and conditions apply to all mattress returns and/or exchanges.
You will receive your refund in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be in the full dollar amount of the mattress, not including a 40% return fee for processing, fuel surcharge and original shipping and handling.

Return Guidelines:
You may request a return at any point during the first 100 days which begins on the day of the mattress delivery.
To allow your body time to adjust to your new mattress, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days before initiating a return. If your mattress remains in its original packaging, you may request a return immediately following delivery. Please note that if a mattress remains unopened for more than 45 days following delivery, it is no longer eligible for a return or warranty claim.
To qualify for a return, the mattress must be in sanitary condition, free of any stains or any signs of physical damage or excessive wear, etc.
We are committed to sustainability and community support. When a return is requested, we coordinate with our Collection Partners to manage the process. A representative from our partner organization will schedule a time to visit your home to verify the condition of the mattress.
Our Collection Partners determine whether the mattress meets their criteria for donation. Please be aware that all assessments made by our partners regarding the eligibility of a mattress for donation are final and at their sole discretion. If the mattress is deemed eligible, our partners will handle the retrieval and donation process.
